These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the websites m06.foundation and helpgaza.nl and any donation you make to Stichting M06. By making a donation or otherwise interacting with our services, you agree to these Terms.

Stichting M06 is the merchant of record for all donations received through m06.foundation and helpgaza.nl.
2. Donations
M06 Foundation is a non-profit organisation. We do not sell goods or services through our websites. All payments received are voluntary donations used to fund our humanitarian mission, including the activities described on m06.foundation and helpgaza.nl.
2.1 Donation Types
- One-off donation — a single charge for the amount you select.
- Recurring donation — a monthly charge for the amount you select, which continues until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@m06.foundation.
3. Transaction Currency
All donations are processed in Euros (EUR / €). If your bank or card is denominated in another currency, your card issuer will apply its own exchange rate and any associated foreign-transaction fees.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed by Mollie B.V., a licensed Dutch payment institution (Keizersgracht 126, 1015 CW Amsterdam), supervised by De Nederlandsche Bank.
- Accepted payment methods may include iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA Direct Debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. The exact methods shown depend on your country and device.
- One-off donations are charged immediately at the time of the transaction.
- Recurring donations are charged on the same day each month, beginning on the date of your first donation.
- A donation is confirmed only after Mollie reports the payment as successful. You will receive an email confirmation.
- If a payment fails (e.g. insufficient funds, cancelled mandate), no donation is recorded and no charge is made.
- M06 Foundation does not store your full card or bank account details. Payment credentials are handled exclusively by Mollie.
5. No Physical Goods
M06 Foundation does not sell or ship physical goods. Donations do not entitle the donor to any goods, services, or other material benefit. As no shipment takes place, no shipping policy applies.

7. Tax Deductibility (ANBI)
Stichting M06 is registered in the Netherlands as an ANBI (Algemeen Nut Beogende Instelling). Donations may be tax-deductible for donors subject to Dutch income or corporate tax, subject to applicable thresholds. Please consult your tax advisor or the Belastingdienst for your specific situation. Upon request, we can issue a written confirmation of your donation.
8. Use of Donations
Donations are used to fund the charitable activities of Stichting M06, including but not limited to: delivery of food, water, and medical supplies; reconstruction support; digital access enablement; and media literacy initiatives. Annual financial statements are published on our Policy Plan & Financial Statements page in accordance with ANBI transparency obligations.
9. Your Responsibilities
- You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
- You confirm the payment method used belongs to you or that you are authorised to use it.
- You agree not to use our websites for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
M06 Foundation provides its websites on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the sites. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for intent or gross negligence.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on m06.foundation and helpgaza.nl — including text, logos, images, and layout — is the property of Stichting M06 or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.
